Refund Policy

Every item you buy is made to last.
If something doesn’t fit or isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Return window — 14 days

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed
  • Have all original tags
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

  • Email: resi@mattonehouse.it
  • If approved, you will receive:
    • Return shipping label
    • Instructions on how and where to ship

 Items sent without an approved request will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return:
    • You will be notified if it is approved
    • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Processing time: 10 business days
  • If not visible after 15 business days, contact:  resi@mattonehouse.it

Damaged or wrong items

  • Check the package on delivery.
  • If you notice:
    • Damaged packaging
    • Signs of tampering
    • Wrong or defective item

Sign with reservation and note the issue (e.g., “damaged package”, “opened box”).

Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.


Exchanges (one-time only)

  • You can exchange one time per item.
  • Email:  resi@mattonehouse.it, including:
    • Order number
    • Item to exchange
    • New size or product desired
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Replacement shipping is covered by Mattone Srls
Initial return shipping is covered by the customer.


EU cooling-off period

  • Orders shipped within the EU can be canceled or returned within 14 days without reason.
  • Same conditions apply: item intact, tags attached, original packaging, proof of purchase included.
